Job Responsibilities:
• Experience on GDF integration with Google CCAI platform agent, schedule, queues configuration and GDF with Back end applications integration
• Contact centerIVR Development and experience will be added advantage

Essential Requirements:
• JD Google Dialog Flow Developer with minimum 5 years Experience in chatbot development.
• Core Experience in Google Dialog Flow development in CX
• Experience in Jira
